When you open the installer, Windows shows a blue screen reading “Windows protected your PC” and names an unknown publisher. That is expected: it appears for every installer that has not yet been through Microsoft’s paid publisher certification, not because anything is wrong with this one.

Click More info, then Run anyway. Clinaid installs in under a minute and updates itself from then on.
